Ke-Kgatoentle Services, founded in 2013 by Ms. Daphne Mabilo, is a proudly women-led company built on the values of excellence, empowerment, and community development.
Ms. Mabilo is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in business operations, occupational health, and leadership. Passionate about empowering communities and promoting workplace health and safety, she has successfully combined her medical expertise with entrepreneurial vision to drive sustainable growth in the Northern Cape.
Her professional journey includes working with leading organizations such as Life Occupational Health Center, Petra Diamonds, and Kolomela Mine, and she is a registered member of SANC, SASHON, and the Board of Health Funders. With a strong educational foundation in nursing, occupational health, and business management, Ms. Mabilo continues to inspire through her leadership and dedication to uplifting others.
Ke-Kgatoentle Services was established to fill a gap in the hospitality market, responding to the high demand for quality guesthouses in Postmasburg. The company began with Villa D Guesthouse, which started modestly with two rooms and has since expanded to include four additional rooms and a laundry facility — offering guests a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Over time, Ke-Kgatoentle diversified its operations to include catering services, successfully securing a three-year, nine-month contract with a major mining client. Building on this success, the company has further expanded into renovations and construction, reinforcing its commitment to growth, empowerment, and service excellence.
